Roby has over 30 years of experience working in healthcare, with over 20 of those years in HR leadership roles. He holds a B.A. degree in Organizational Communications from Brigham Young University and is certified as a senior professional in human resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute. His experience includes notable positions at Somatus Inc., MedStar Health, the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), the University of Virginia Health System, Common Spirit Health (Dignity Health), and Shriners’ Hospitals for Children.
Roby oversees the development of our staff, our physician enterprise, and our organizational processes and operations.
He enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, golfing, and watching football and basketball games from his alma mater.
