Ambulatory Care (½ day a week in an AmCare Clinic setting, in addition
to Anticoagulation patients assigned to you for follow up)
Practice Management (minimum 8hr per month equivalent of staffing inpatient
pharmacy, typically done as two half day shifts per month)
