About Dr. Carney

Dr. Scott Carney is an Emergency Medicine Physician at Kern Medical.

Dr. Carney attended University of Southern California and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences. He attended medical school at Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. He completed a General Surgery internship at the University of California, San Francisco Department of Surgery. Dr. Carney then completed his medical training as an Emergency Medicine Resident at Kern Medical Department of Emergency Medicine.

At Kern Medical, Dr. Carney performs emergency care to both pediatric and adult patients.
