About Dr. Malerich

Dr. Malerich received his Bachelors of Science in Chemistry at University of Notre Dame. He received his Medical Degree from Loyola University, Stritch School of Medicine. He completed both his internship in surgery and his residency in orthopedic surgery at The University of Chicago Hospitals. He went on to complete his Hand Reconstruction Fellowship at CV Starr Hand Surgery Center at St. Luke’s/Roosevelt Hospital in New York.

Dr. Malerich is board-certified through the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He is a member of the Western Orthopedic Association, California Orthopedic Association, American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, and American Society for Surgery of the Hand. He has presented and been published many times over his extensive career.
