About Dr. Woodward

Dr. Daniela Amodio Woodward is an Obstetrician and Gynecologist at Kern Medical dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care for women throughout all stages of life.

Dr. Woodward earned her medical degree from the Central University of Venezuela, Luis Razetti Medical School. She completed residency training in Family Medicine through the Rio Bravo Family Medicine Program before pursuing specialized training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Kern Medical. This unique background allows her to bring a comprehensive approach to women’s healthcare, with expertise in both preventive medicine and specialized obstetric and gynecologic care.

Throughout her medical career, Dr. Woodward has been actively involved in clinical research and scholarly activities. Her work has included presentations and publications on a variety of medical topics, including infectious diseases, gynecologic conditions, and women’s health. She is committed to advancing medical knowledge while providing evidence-based care to her patients.

At Kern Medical, Dr. Woodward provides a full spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic services and is passionate about helping women achieve their health goals through education, prevention, and personalized treatment. As a native Spanish speaker, she is dedicated to improving access to quality healthcare for the diverse communities of Kern County.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Woodward enjoys outdoor photography, cooking Italian and Venezuelan cuisine, traveling, hiking, and camping. She values spending time outdoors and exploring new places with family and friends.
