Dr. Kala Dharma is a Board-Certified Obstetric and Gynecologist physician at Kern Medical.

Dr. Dharma has had an extraordinary journey in the field of medicine, marked by exceptional dedication and achievement. For her undergraduate studies, Dr. Dharma attended the University of Texas at Arlington. She was then led to Texas Tech University School of Medicine in Lubbock, Texas, where she earned her Medical Doctor (M.D.) degree.

She began her journey in anesthesiology with a pediatric internship at USC-LAC Medical Center in Los Angeles. This was followed by a Pediatrics Residency for six months. Her anesthesiology residency continued at USC-LAC Medical Center. In her quest for knowledge and excellence, Dr. Dharma embarked on an Obstetrics/Gynecology Residency at Louisiana State University Medical Center. Dr. Dharma's career has been marked by a wealth of accomplishments and ongoing dedication. As an Obstetrics/Gynecology practitioner, Dr. Dharma's passion for her field has shone through her professional affiliations.

Dr. Dharna holds full licensure to practice medicine in the states of Texas, California, and South Dakota. She is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiologists and the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her impressive career has been marked by numerous achievements, including entering medical school at the age of 19 and graduating at the remarkable age of 22.
