We gather feedback from patients and visitors in order to provide safe, high quality, compassionate care. When you share your experience, it helps us to know what we are doing well and where we need to improve. We utilize Press Ganey, a third party vendor, to send surveys to patients upon discharge or following a visit. Survey responses are confidential and used as part of an ongoing initiative to help us improve the patient experience here at Kern Medical.

From past responses we have made improvements to communication, clinic wait times, and timeliness of service. Additionally, we have implemented changes in the way we operate to support and enhance the patient experience. If you receive a survey in the mail or by email, please be sure to return it upon completion.
