Our goal is to provide you with exceptional patient care. If at any time you have questions or concerns about the care that you or a family member are receiving or have received at our hospital, we want to help. Please let us try to address your concern first. Tell your nurse or doctor about your concern. If you do not feel comfortable about talking with your nurse or doctor, ask to speak to the Clinical Supervisor or Director of your patient care unit. After hours or on weekends ask for the Hospital Shift Manager.
If you feel that you would like further discussion, with either concerns or compliments, please contact us at 661-326-2000 or complete an online form. You may call or email at any time during or after your stay. We will contact you to help solve your problem as quickly as possible.
