About Dr. Snyder
Dr. Scott Snyder joined the surgical faculty at Kern Medical in 2012 as Director of Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS). Along with MIS he also specializes in trauma and general surgery. He has over 20 years of experience in these surgical specialties.
Prior to Dr. Snyder’s employment with Kern Medical, he was the Director of Trauma Services at Eden Hospital in Castro Valley, CA, and president and owner of Doctors Medical Center Surgical Associates. Dr. Snyder has also served as chairman of the Department of Surgery at East Bay Hospital in Richmond, CA. He has been employed as an expert in Electronic Health Records. Dr. Snyder is fluent in Spanish.
