About Dr. Win

Dr. Tiffany Win is a board certified Cardiologist at Kern Medical and one of the two woman cardiologists in Kern County.

Prior to Kern Medical, Dr. Win completed her Fellowship Training in Cardiology at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. She trained in Transthoracic and Transesophageal Echocardiography, stress testing, ambulatory monitoring, nuclear cardiology, cardiac CT, Diagnostic Coronary Angiography, and cardioversion. Dr. Win completed her residency training in Internal Medicine at MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Win received her medical degree from the Institute of Medicine in Yangon, Myanmar.

Dr. Win is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular disease, Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology and Cardiac CT. She is a fellow of American College of Cardiology and member of American Heart Association and more. She has received numerous awards and distinctions, including “Over the Top Doc” at MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital.

Dr. Win has authored and co-authored multiple peer review articles and presented numerous abstracts at national and international conferences. She is also an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at UCLA-David Geffen School of Medicine, Kern Medical, Department of Internal Medicine, and Division of Cardiology. Dr. Win has a strong interest in taking care of patients with various heart diseases and cardiomyopathy. She particularly has a passion in non-invasive cardiac imaging and overall cardiovascular wellness. She works to include patients and their families in all steps of decision making. While practicing evidence base medicine, Dr. Win emphasizes in individualized care for her patients.
