Theingi Tiffany Win, MD
Dr. Tiffany Win is a board certified Cardiologist at Kern Medical.
Prior to Kern Medical, Dr. Win completed her Fellowship Training in Cardiology at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. She trained in Transthoracic and Transesophageal Echocardiography, stress testing, ambulatory monitoring, nuclear cardiology, cardiac CT, Diagnostic Coronary Angiography, and cardioversion.
Dr. Win completed her residency training in Internal Medicine at MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital in Baltimore. Prior to that, she underwent two externships in Southern California.
Dr. Win received her medical degree from the Institute of Medicine in Yangon, Myanmar. During her time there, she was granted awards of excellence in English, Chemistry, Physics, Biochemistry, General Pathology and Pathology. She was also selected as a distinction candidate for Microbiology and Internal Medicine.
Dr. Win is board certified in Cardiac CT and Internal Medicine. She is a member of the American Heart Association, American College of Cardiology, American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, and more. She has received numerous awards and distinctions, including “Over the Top Doc” at MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital, a certificate in Introduction to the Principles and Practice of Clinical Research by the National Institute of Health, and Outstanding House staff award at Yangon General Hospital in Myanmar. She is enthusiastic about learning and helping, and is active in volunteering at different community outreach programs and hospitals.
